For more than a quarter of a century Severn Hospice has been providing specialist care and support to people living with terminal illness in Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin and mid Wales.
Severn Hospice provides a variety of vital services at their hospices in Shrewsbury and in Telford as well as in the community and in people’s homes.
Since opening their doors in 1989 the hospice has cared for more than 24,000 people during their times of greatest need.
All of the care offered by the hospice is provided free of charge, but not without cost: The Severn Hospice relies on the funds raised through events like Brass Night of the Proms and on the support of the communities they serve for the majority of their income.
Thanks to the generosity of others, Severn Hospice is able to be there to support so many people during good days and bad days and the worst of days.
